  • To undertake appropriate risk assessment/management of environmental and ergonomic health & safety hazards within the home of each individual and to ensure that areas of concern are duly reported to our client.
  • To ensure that all clients receive written information on the organisation’s policy and procedure for handling complaints, and compliments, and how to use them.
