A Wonderful Day at the Purton Carers Community Event!

We had such a lovely day at the Carers Community Event at Purton Village Hall on Saturday 11th October!

The event brought together local carers, families, and over 15 brilliant community organisations, all offering friendly advice, information, and a listening ear to those caring for someone in the Royal Wootton Bassett area. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces (and meet lots of new ones too!) while enjoying a chat over tea, coffee, and a slice of cake! 🍰

At Honeysuckle Home Care, we’re always proud to be part of local events like this. They give us the chance to connect with carers in our community, share more about the support we offer, and learn about the challenges people face when caring for loved ones at home.

We had some wonderful conversations throughout the morning and were so pleased to see the level of interest in personalised home care and respite support for families. It’s clear how much compassion and commitment there is among carers in our area, and we’re here to help whenever extra support is needed.
