Wear It Pink Day - Honeysuckle Raises £350 for Breast Cancer Now

Our team at Honeysuckle Home Care joined thousands across the country in celebrating Wear It Pink Day, raising £350 in support of Breast Cancer Now

The office and community were filled with pink as both staff and clients got involved, from lovely pink outfits to generous donations, all in support of a cause that means a great deal to us.

This event holds particular importance, as Jo, Managing Director of Honeysuckle Home Care, explained: “Given that the majority of our employment is ladies, the odds are breast cancer will affect someone, either directly or someone they know.”

Every contribution, big or small, helps bring people together and reminds us of the power of community. It’s never just about the amount raised, but about recognising the good we can do when we stand together.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by breast cancer, whether personally, through a loved one, or someone close to them.

To all the ladies in our team and beyond, please remember to check yourselves regularly and to look after your health and wellbeing. 💗

From all of us at Honeysuckle, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support - it truly makes a difference!
